NW Electrical Group is a newly formed electrical and instrumentation services company that provides engineering ( together with a sub company ), procurement, construction and manufacturing services for all industries including oil and gas, wood products, cement plants and mining.
We work very closely with our customers to help them in all aspects of the project life cycle from conceptual constructability to turn over and commissioning. We rely on repeat business and we strive to build lasting relations with our customers through a supportive and communicative approach. Our services are unique in this approach as we always go the extra mile for our customers to ensure that every possible success on the project is realized from safety, cost, schedule and quality perspectives.
Only high quality trades people are employed by NW Electrical to meet our high level installation standards. A qualified and experienced project support structure will be appointed by the project manager for all site projects. The structure could be a site supervisor for smaller projects all the way to a full support staff structure including safety, administration, quality control, materials, scheduling, project controls, etc. for larger projects. The support structure will be on-site full time throughout the electrical construction schedule and will be responsible for:
- Safety coordination and safety reporting.
- Direction and scheduling of all electrical site construction activities.
- Communicating daily with the customer on progress and activities.
- Assignment of foreman and work crews.
- Preparing detailed work packages for work crews.
- Ensuring high levels of worker productivity.
- Completing projects on schedule.
- Managing site facility.
- Material coordination.
- Quality installations to CSA, NW Electrical Group and customer specifications.
We are currently on the Devon Jack Fish project with 25 men doing new construction as well in several mines here in British Columbia giving maintenance support.
